Bombshell Kelly

Kelly showing Adam who's boss.

The other night, some friends and I trekked across the Bay Bridge en route to Oakland (with the exception of Kate, who is now an East Bay resident) to watch our amazing friend Kelly shake it under her new, and endearingly clever, moniker Gigi Topp. As part of Bombshell Betty‘s latest cadre of sexy, supremely confident burlesque dancers, Kelly dominated the set (and our friend Adam, at one point) as Nurse Gigi.

Running Around Ocean Beach and Beyond

This was actually taken with a D200. My friend Matt pointed it out as I was en route to dropping him off at his house. It should say "Smug" but someone changed it to "Smog." The location is 20th and Harrison.

In all honesty, the last thing I wanted to do was leave San Francisco for Las Vegas a week after I returned from a debaucherous Austin trip. Talk about bad timing. But, for a close college friend and one of the most genuine people I know, I was more than willing to suck it up despite my unfavorable opinions about Sin City.

Twit 2 Fit Weekend at Crissy Field

This surfer bravely navigated through the jagged, slippery rocks and into the water right from where I was standing.

My friends and I are very active on Twitter due to the nature of our full-time professions and the community of people we associate with. A month ago, we figured as long as we’re hanging out there and having conversations with each other and other users, we might as well use the medium to our advantage by promoting positive, goal-oriented behavior when it comes to our personal fitness.
